Words are counted in the output LexDraft generates — not in your input prompt or in existing document text you pasted in. A typical 5-page NDA consumes roughly 1,500 words; a 10-page employment agreement roughly 3,500.

On Free and Professional, generation pauses at the plan limit until the next monthly reset unless you move to a higher plan. On Enterprise, usage is unlimited.

Yes. Cancel monthly plans from your account dashboard anytime; you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable (pro-rata).

We do not use customer documents to train models. Document context and model responses may be held in a short-lived service cache while you use the add-in and expire after roughly 60 minutes of inactivity. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). A SOC 2 Type II audit is on our security roadmap. If your firm has additional security or vendor-review requirements, use the design-partner application so we can confirm what is available before you buy.
