Pricing questions
What counts as a "word"?
Words are counted in the output LexDraft generates — not in your input prompt or in existing document text you pasted in. A typical 5-page NDA consumes about 1,500 words; a 10-page employment agreement about 3,500.
What happens if I exceed my monthly words?
On Free, generation pauses until the next monthly reset. On Professional, you can purchase 10,000-word top-ups at $9. On Enterprise, usage is always unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel monthly plans from your account dashboard anytime; you'll keep access through the end of the current billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable (pro-rata).
Is my data secure? Do you train on my documents?
We never train on customer documents. LexDraft is SOC 2 Type II, end-to-end encrypted, and retains zero document content after generation completes. Enterprise plans include a signed BAA and full SOC 2 report.
Does LexDraft work for my jurisdiction?
LexDraft covers all 50 US states plus common-law jurisdictions (UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland). EU civil-law jurisdictions (Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands) are in beta on Enterprise only. Always have your output reviewed by licensed counsel before execution.
